New-New lance with and without drip

A whole bunch of ideas for my take on Positi Beast Balan! Hopefully one day I'll be able to colour it properly

Details and parallels I forgot to mention before:

- Wings are references to the Tims and some bird symbolism I've been putting into Balan's lore

- False mouth like the grin he puts on and a sash around his eyes like the one on his hat!

- Chest ruffles are red like theatre curtains

- Dragon form is alive (possibly fuzzy?) as opposed to Lance's looking gaunt and skeletal

- Belt (?) thing is more like a pristine crown, whereas if you look at Lance's it's all cracked and withered

- Instead of the purple crystals Lance has floating around their form, Balan has all colours of drops

- Floating eye hitbox things resemble his hat, like Lance's resemble their mask!
