This was kinda uneven and disjointed at times, and the dialogue wasn’t always on point. But the songs were fantastic, and overall it held up pretty well compared to the rest of the series. Solid 7/10 effort. Lots of good animation.
I guess this is where I talk about stuff, then. It’s been hard for a while to motivate myself to do these, it just ends up more and more feeling like a chore than a hobby and that’s a shame. I’ve also had kind of a lot going on personally for the past few years, and that isn’t likely to change as far as I can tell. Perhaps more annoyingly, this blog has left me with a lingering mental block against starting to watch any new TV series. So I think at this point it’s time to call it a day. I won’t say I’ll never touch this again. Who knows? But for right now, I plan on getting a new computer, maybe start streaming things casually on Twitch, hang out with friends on discord, all that jazz. Tonight, though, I think I’m gonna finally start watching SU Future. Thanks for all the memories, thanks for caring about what I do. It’s been great, I mean it.
