1.每日有氧运动。我选择长跑,每日10公里。但这种方法容易使腿部增肌,如有条件建议游泳。
2.专门的腰、臀、腿部塑形练习,每天一次。可以在网上找教程,注意练女性版的。
3.瑜伽,一周三次。最好找私人教练,网上的教程并不靠谱。
4.调整饮食结构。减少碳水化合物摄入,多吃高热量、高脂肪的食物。
5.穿束腰。一定得是正规的那种,千万别买便宜货。我穿了一年多,开始每天2小时,现在每天8至12小时。这个可以有效的改变内脏和脂肪分布,调整体形,开始时只有穿的时候有效果,但通过一年多的矫形,我现在即便不穿也能有良好的腰线。
6.降低雄激素水平。我的雄激素水平本身就比较低,因此没有吃任何药物。但绝大多数人需要通过吃药来达到。(注意!!!这条强烈不建议!!!)
