Hundreds of Rainbow Glass Panels Emit a Rotating Kaleidoscope in a Playful Kindergarten
I’ve just gotten into digital drawing and I’m getting disheartened by my lack of progress, and frustrated at how bad I am at drawing without a reference. Is it possible to improve drawing even if I never go without a reference? Or do you have any tips for drawing just from your imagination?
Personally I don't do much digital drawing although it has been on my list of skills to learn. You shouldn't give up!! All skills take time and practice and progress is incremental so although you think you haven't improved at all, in reality you are but it's just not immediately noticeable. But you will notice it with more time.
As for drawing with a reference, I always draw with a reference and there's no shame in that!
As for tips: YouTube is a great resource, I've learned so much from other people's tutorials! Whenever I'm unsure of how to do something or have extra time and want to learn something new I go on YouTube and look up what I need.
Hope this helps :)
