Oasis Springs Ethnography Museum

Hi guys! For my new save file build I've created this ethnography museum. I tried to make it a bit more fun so I've added a little cafe area, a kids playroom, a photobooth and a lecture corner so your sims can also do master classes.

Also, I took the shell idea inspo from JessicapieYT so I highly recommend checking her builds 🫶

This is a Boarding School I've created whilst renewing every world in The Sims 4. It's a private school for teen and/or young adult sims, and it includes:

Stables

Pool area

Different classrooms for your sims' activities in skills - They are decorated to have a business course classroom, an architectural classroom, an art studio, a little fitness area and a ballroom (Decorated as ballet class so if you have ballet mod you can use it as a ballet studio). There's also a gardening section and a tribune to practice speech skills

Kitchen & common areas

Separate staff house with a little surveillance area

Basketball court

A secret nook for your most rebellious sims ;)

There are five bedrooms in total but much more sleeping spaces. I haven't decorated all of them as I thought you guys might want to use your own decoration or even transform this build into University Campus so your sims will come with their own stuff.

Speaking of that, I am uploading this build as Generic Lot Type even though in my head it's supposed to be a Custom Venue. I thought some of you might not have Adventure Awaits pack or would simply prefer to customize this lot to your liking - You can use it as a Residential Rent for the (almost) same gameplay or Britchester dorm or anything else really so I wouldn't want you feel constrained to my view of things 🫶 Hope you guys like it!

Ondarion - LouLou's New Home

This is from my personal gameplay - I thought this @felixandresims Colonial set was just perfect for my new character's Ondarion apartment. It's so good, you should definitely check it out (the set, I haven't explored Ondarion much so far 😅)

Willow Creek Family Home

Initially the idea I had in mind for this house is that's a home for a grandmother who's raising her grandkid alone. She's making a living as florist, and, even though the money's tight, her personality is always so lovely and cheerful. This fun and slighlty rundown house should reflect that. Since I love coming up with some kind of lore for my builds, the decorations reflect that story - However I decided to not go too heavy on them this time just so you can redecorate as you want 🫶

♡ Newcrest Fun Family Home ♡

5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms  40x30 Lot No CC Fun and wholesome family house perfect for your legacy gameplay. Initially designed for a family couple with four kids (two boys, a pre-teen girl and a newborn girl) living in their parents house. It already has decorations fitting that particular househould but obviously feel free to use as a shell - I just love coming up with some kind of lore for each of my builds ♡
