I just recalled there was this interview about peacemaker set designer’s initial moodboard for Adrian. And one of the elements includes him being so broke that he EATS CANNED CAT FOOD (I don’t think this is considered as canon but still a fun tidbit).

Idk but this fits so well into that meme of Emilia & cat Adrian stealing her food 😂 I can imagine him being so hungry from the cat food that he starts gobbling down every food source in Emilia’s kitchen 😭 Now that he has Checkmate & the unlocked blood money - hopefully he can stop making Ads pay for his breakfast, hunting for food in Emilia’s house and eating canned cat food

Ok but this is like the 4th time that Adrian lose Chris again?

- Those four years when Chris was in jail (thinking that Chris was sentenced to lifetime)

- When Chris left for the alternate dimension

- Chris getting jailed again + refusing to see anyone

- Chris mysteriously vanished (most likely for a long period of time too)

In today’s episode, it seems deliberate to let Adrian have dark eye circles (that or Freddie had a late night) in that basement scene, implying that he was having a difficult time? Him all cooped up in his secret basement, needing privacy, brainwashing himself that PM has a bigger plan and perhaps using the game as an outlet to distract himself.

And now, with Chris being gone from his life again the FOURTH time, I wonder how he will be processing this
