what is the things you love and the one you hate the most about yourself
i guess i like that i’m driven. i try to work really hard for everything and i think it’s really paying off. i have heard that i can come across pretty fake, though, and that’s...obviously sad. i wouldn’t know the first thing about how to change that, though.

“who’ve you got?” addie made herself comfortable beside him. “let me see that. what’s all this mean?”

“Right, okay?” Taemin laughed, shaking his head at the other. “Your loyalty huh? I don’t believe in that sorta thing between frats and sororities. After all, eventually you may fall in love with someone that’s from the enemy’s frat. What would you do then, Addie?”
it seemed a very specific scenario that taemin was picking out. “well, luckily for me i’m not a part of anything like that, so i don’t really have to worry. but what’s this, now? you don’t think people from rival frats can fall in love? i’m sure no one would care if they did.” she wasn’t that aware of the situation between taemin and the president of kappa theta, so his words were a little lost on her.

“For the sake of the scenario, let’s say you have some upfront knowledge of the ghost. You’re aware that the place you’re staying is supposedly haunted, but it’s up to you if you believe it or not. Plus, you’ve totally seen a newspaper clipping picture of the supposed ghost too. It’s all up to you to put two and two together. I guess it all boils down to skepticism, whether or not you’re a Shane or Ryan. Damn, I bet Ryan would bang a ghost in a heartbeat.”
addie frowned. she wasn’t too sure she’d willingly stay in a haunted place, but this was all fun and games, nothing serious. she had to get her shit together. “i guess once i’d stop screaming once i realised there’s a ghost in my house, i’d consider it. only because it’s basically a once in a lifetime opportunity though.”

“I didn’t do anything besides speak my parents name. That’s literally all I had to do to get in.” Jaesun hated the fact that his parents were in control of everything. This was just another thing for them to control about his life, so this is where he was placed. “They’re cute I guess, depends on which one you’re speaking about. Trust me, I probably have shit on all of them. You’re too good for them Addie, okay?”
addie appreciated her best friends more than he knew, and the fact that he looked out for her whenever and however he could. but she already knew she wasn’t interested in frat boys; not like that. “if you say so. what kind of dirt do you have on them, though?” she sat up, scooting closer to the edge of the bed and fixing him with a bright, excited grin. “oh? well, do you like being in a frat at all? why would you join if you don’t like it?”

“Hey babe, do you have a light by chance?” logan asked, his words slurring together slighty, a cocky grin resting on his face.
“no, and if you call me babe one more time you’ll never have a chance to find one either.” addie turned her nose up.

“gemini will be more visible soon.” taking a step back away from the telescope, tommie ignored the bitter feeling in her chest in favor for writing down quick chicken scratch notes in her notebook–a small flashlight clipped to her cardigan so she could see. the glare from the bright light against the white paper made her squint, and her hands shook softly due to caffeine and lack of sleep. “though pollux is the brighter star of the two, more often than not you can see castor too. they don’t call them the twins for nothin’.”
tommie clears her throat when she feels as though the joke had fallen flat, and gently takes a step back away from the telescope. only a few more hours and she could crawl into her bed and pack this thing away. “do you want to have a look?”
addie was intrigued. she always had been. but since starting school she didn’t have much time to look at astrology for fun, especially not practically. it’s all theory nowadays, and studying. “yeah, totally!” she jumped at the chance, slowly walking towards the telescope. she always handled these things lightly and gently. it felt too precious. “do you do this every night?”

“Oh, I’m sorry. What did you say?” he said as he tried to look concerned. “I must have gotten on my own thoughts. Do forgive me.”He didn’t really care if the person forgave him though. In fact, he hoped they would just stop talking all together.
addie recognised not only minhyun’s lack of interest in their conversation, but his holier-than-thou attitude. he frustrated her on a whole different level, and yet she never managed to just give him the boot. “i said you’re annoying.” she stated, bluntly and childishly, though in reality she had just finished a twenty-minute-long rant on slow walkers in the hallway.

youngjae was in the practice room, working on a solo routine. he’d already been there for a couple of hours, and he’s pretty sure he would be hearing the Cherry song in his dreams (or nightmares, depends on if he gets this routine down or not). he could vaguely hear the door to the practice room open, but he continued dancing, deciding not to let the sudden audience perturb him.
addie must have been watching youngjae for the better part of an hour. it wasn’t long, but she knew he worked longer and harder a lot of the time. she’d gotten up to leave briefly and get them both drinks and something to eat, but didn’t say a word as she entered. she only tip-toed to the back of the room, letting him finish his routine.

“This is all hypothetical, I swear… But, say I found a monster dildo in those bushes over there… Like, huge… The size of my arm… What would you suggest I do? Leave it? Take it & sell it on eBay? Call the cops? Again, hypothetical… Totally not a real situation that is plaguing my mind right now. “
“jaesun, you didn’t!” addie gasped dramatically, hitting the boy’s arm with both hands as she narrowed her eyes at the bushes. “i don’t suggest calling the cops about a dildo. if you wanna have some fun you can always stick lost and found posters around campus, though.”

Sunny let out a dramatic sigh and slammed his head into his book. “I could of taken literally anything else…why did I choose music history?!” He muffled to himself a little to loudly. Picking his head up, he looked over at the person not too far beside him. “…Hi.”
“sometimes i ask myself that too. only i don’t study the same course, obviously. is it hard?” she questioned, genuinely interested, and leaned in to peek at sunny’s book.
