Can we just appreciate that Mikasa rushes to help Carla without being asked or expectation. I also love that little smile Carla gives her because she’s caught off guard by Mikasa’s gesture. In the flashbacks we see of her with her parents she’s right next to her own mom helping her around the house. For Mikasa, this action shows how much she views the Jaeger’s as family as well as how kind she is.
