Here's some tough love for you all.
Iâve been gone for aboutâwhat, three daysâbecause of midterms and all, and I come back to see the dashboard a disaster. People are breaking my precious rules left and right, some are leaving because of this, and I feel like the quality of this roleplay has dropped way down.
Iâve been much too nice to people, and because of this, theyâre just outright flipping me off. Iâm going to remind you whoâs the admin hereâif you donât follow my rules, Iâm going to kick you out. Itâs simple, really. I donât have the patience to keep repeating rules anymore, and I feel like Iâm being more than lenient at this point. Iâm not saying anything newâif this information is all new to you⌠well, you obviously didnât give a shit about reading the rules page, then.
So, during this weekend, I want to see the quality of this roleplay go back to what it once was. I love you all, but damn, some of you seriously need to pull your shit together, lol.
Le first of all, this is a roleplay, not a site where you can troll and do all the gifspams you want. This is a writing community, so if you were expecting to do script-chatting and gif convos left and right, go to 4chan or something. Go somewhere else that wonât clog up my precious dashboard. Use your private messages, go on MSN, I donât careâjust as long as I see more paragraph text posts than all this junk. If this doesnât get under control, Iâm going to start implementing the âjunk post limitâ so you can only write 3-5 troll posts a day. I donât care how funny of a troll your character is, implement that humor in an actual roleplay for godâs sake, and then everything will be just peachy. But really, guys, do I have to say anything more than the fact that this is a literate para-roleplay?
 This is not, I repeatâthis is not a personal blogging site. Sure, tumblr is, but K-Pop X-Men isnât. We all have our community moments when we like sharing selcas and stuff, but when you spend most of your time on this roleplay talking about yourself rather than being in character, thatâs a problem. If you have real life problems, sure, rant about it if you have to, but when we get like, a whole motherfuqqinâ biography of your life, thatâs also not okay. Weâre here for you, weâre an ohana, but take the ooc stuff to messages or somewhere private so itâs not publicized all over the dashboard.
Reblog pictures/gifs/whatever that actually pertain to the roleplay. Donât reblog random shit, because that seriously bothers me. Pictures of your character are okay, but gifs of unicorns throwing up rainbows arenât. I donât care if it pertains to your characterâs psychodelic past or whateverâif it doesnât fit with the roleplayâs theme, itâs considered spam.
Start a roleplay. Donât give me a bullshit excuse saying that your characterâs not social enough or something. Myungsoo and Sungjoon are complete tsunderes, but they have relationships. If they can do it, so can your character. Start an open roleplay within three days if youâre new. Message people for roleplays. Do something. Donât just waste space by sitting there. I have so many problems with this, because people apply, I make the profile, they sit there for a few days, and then they deactivate without notice, or they troll for a week before starting a roleplay. Keep yourself busy by starting new ones if you have nothing to do. If you have that much free time, then you donât have enough roleplays.
Iâm going to start reinforcing these rules very harshly until I see a lot of improvement. Iâm only going to be handing out one warning before I consider pulling people out from the roleplay. Keep in mind that some people have left because this roleplay became so crazy and clogged up with ooc posts. If you donât want to roleplay in paragraphs, why are you here? I specifically stated in the rules that itâs expected of you, so you have no excuse to ruin my roleplay.
Seriously. I worked hard to create this blog, and Iâm not going to tolerate people running over us (Julie and I) like a doormat anymore.
