set a daily physical goal for yourself that fits your health and your body right now. it should be SMALL and EASY. something your brain will be hard-pressed to find an excuse not to do. here are some examples:
stretch or do yoga for a few minutes every morning when you wake up
spend at least ten minutes outside every day
go for a short walk every day
do a mini exercise routine every day (like this one which requires no equipment)
practice a skill or hobby that uses multiple parts of your body
work on a physical project such as gardening or home improvement
you can also set larger goals for this month, if you want! that could mean joining a sport or signing up for martial arts classes or learning a new active skill or hiking at a national park

night shift reporting for duty keeping the flame alive at the temple of motivation
for 23 reps, 23 is a prime, and the smallest number of people you need to have 50% chance of at least two sharing a birthday. and apparently there was a belief that 23 has some significance and appears unusually frequently, which is silly.
it's obviously 47 that does that.
i organised some of my empty assorted organisers. so there's that
i have a lot of random boxes and tins i want to use for organising stuff (a lot of pokemon tcg tins because if i can link the mon to what's inside it's easier for me to then remember what's in what) i had a box of tcg tins where some were empty some weren't
so now all the empty ones + a cool deck box my sibling got me + a tin formerly full of krakow fudge are in the same box so i can easily see 'ah yes this is the right size'
(i also put the not empty ones in a drawer-like box under my bed so i can get to them easily when i need to. that one's also temporary because some of them i won't need to get to as frequently but it's out of the way)
(also all the random heck on my desk is in a small box now until i work out where it goes. i have boxes for it but ran out of energy)
i guess my end goal is actually set up my second monitor even though that's nowhere near done with the organisation, it'll just make it easier

yesterday and many days before: i wake up at 9 which is when i take meds. i don't feel like getting out of bed so i do not take meds. i sleep until 11 which is my old/backup meds time. i still don't feel like getting out of bed for a while so i end up taking meds at like 11:30-12 instead
today: i wake up at 9. i don't feel like getting out of bed. i grab my meds organiser box which i filled previously and my water bottle, take meds, and go back to sleep. i then wake up again at 10 and manage to summon energy to get out of bed
(as a side tangent: if you're someone music driven (i think is the right term) like i am, you can try to use that to help you get up? when i'm lying down i tend to move my hands or feet to the music tune or rhythm, so i just hacked it a little to transition into getting up movements. won't work for everyone but worth a try)

which is a quick and relatively simple way to find the weekday of literally any day in the gregorian calendar (though it wouldn't account for that 10-day skip in 1582 when the calendar was put into effect). tl;dr you can find the weekday that all the doomsdays have in a year using a bit of arithmetic and then go from the nearest one to the day that interests you, and other memorable ones aside from 14/3 include 4/4, 6/6, 8/8, 10/10, 12/12, 9/5, 5/9, 7/11, 11/7. so in 2024 all those are thursdays cause today is thursday. 22/7, the other day commonly associated with pi, is 11 days after 11/7 so it's a monday

so with 35 reps for the glides of marsh, tbh the most interesting thing i found that doesn't require going much deep into the maths is that it's a tetrahedral number - triangular numbers count how many things you can arrange into an equilateral triangle, so they are basically just summing integers from 1 up to whatever you want. tetrahedral numbers are summing triangular numbers, arranging the triangles into the most painful die used in ttrpgs

whatever the "requirements" for wisdom are, you definitely don't have to meet them in order to say something wise. i think you're considered wise if you can be generally trusted to say wise things. but anyone can say something wise and i don't think you should immediately discredit yourself just because you aren't a monk or whatever. you give seriously cool and helpful advice.
(i do think the long hair definitely helps tho. don't know about the beard. cats are probably a placebo effect)
i don't want to be considered wise cause i really don't feel wise and that has a worrying implication about the global median of wisdom
anyway for day 23 and 43 reps on my end, 43 is the largest non-mcnugget number. mcnugget numbers being totals of how many mcnuggets you can get in any number of boxes mcd sells. which was kind of a special goofy case of the general coin problem of finding what cash amounts you can get from a fixed finite set of denominations (which yes with i'd assume most if not all real ones you can get any cause they were specifically set up for that). it also is the smallest number which you can write as the sum of n times nth prime where n is each next digit of the number (43 = 4 * 4th prime + 3 * 3rd prime = 4*7+3*5, next one is 127 = 1 * 1st prime + 2 * 2nd prime + 7 * 7th prime = 1*2+2*3+7*17).
43 is also written as 111 in base-6 which is a surprise tool that will help us later when i post that thing with proving those neat properties of 37 cause i have the draft finally finished and i guess i can't get out of it now.

this stretch (lengthening the thigh-butt-back muscle) is really great bc its the same sitting up or standing or lying down- just keep my back and legs straight and bend at the waist. so eepy stretches are still very doable hehe
