“You guys get the whole ‘interdimensional portal sword’ shtick too?” Some of the Leon’s he’s met can only ‘port around in their dimension. A few can only teleport within about 10 metres of their starting point. And there’s a few whose blades can take them to all new dimensions. 

He’s quite curious, honestly. He’s mostly run into more distant alts lately, and getting to talk to someone that might understand all the shenanigans their corner of the universe gets up to… Is a relief. “Giant-er Raph tonfas and evil-laughing fire spirit whip too?”

At that Mikey nod rapidly with a wide smile on his face, suddenly slowing down the pace as the smile faded away. “No not really”

He did get that their weapons possessed these weird powers, of course they weren’t made by humans and they did find them from underground lab so you can’t expect them to be ‘normal’. “I mean I do get that our new weapons are like the most awesome things in the world and they have these weird powers-..” Mikey paused for a second. “It’s still rather confusing, I don’t know how to get mine to work properly. Last time that fire spirit thingie flew me around the lab like I didn’t weight anything-.. it was cool tho”

“Why do you ask? -. . . .” soon a loud gasp escape from Mikey’s lips. “Did you manage how to use yours!?”

Leon finally took a bite out of his pizza slice as he listened his younger brother. Apparently this wasn’t the first time Leon had fallen into his tricks, which just made the blue scarfed turtle feel bit bitter inside, not to mention his pride took a big hit there. Even if Leon was the most laid-back of the group he was still sharp at coming up with great plans and noticing things but somehow Mikey had managed to fool him several times. He couldn’t help but to feel proudness with a slice of bitterness. 

“That’s actually pretty impressive” Leon let out an amused chuckle even if it wasn’t cool that he had been outplayed by Mikey. “Next time you’re gonna do something like this I want in! Teach me your ways master!” he spoke in a joking tone.

“I really wanna see you fooling Donnie. I’ve tried to outsmart that guy for years but he had seen through me and my plans every time”

Leon had slightly hurtful pout on his face as his hand was slapped away, but soon was replaced with his normal wide grin. “It would have been super weird if you’d be the nerd in this dimension. Totally opposite of our Raph” Leon chuckled a little. “I don’t think being a leader is even that much fun. Too much responsibilities, so be glad you’re not one in here. You can be more carefree” indeed Leon was far more laid-back than Leo this Raph knew.

“Splinter does like a good comedy but not if it includes rats, then it’s a big no no” still Leon was the one who did make all the rat jokes and then got his butt kicked by his pops, not cool. “But I’m glad you see it! I would be a great comedian with my one-liners and puns, but even my brothers doesn’t approve them at times. It’s a shame that not all of us have such a great sense of humor than I do”

“But enough of me-..” Leon stopped on his tracks as he took a look around, This didn’t look like the New York city he was from which just raised one big question.

“What do you guys do fun around here?” He was into more having fun at times than being a hero. “Today’s the cannonball day! I wouldn’t wanna miss that!”

Chi was alone on the roof of the temple, just as the stars began to appear in the sunless sky. Cyan energy providing the only light of the roof as the monk was currently training her psychic abilities by fashioning tessen with her power and using them as she would her normal war fans. She was more focused in her training to not realize that it might have sparked some attention.

Leon was currently on his way back home from the stroll which he used as an excuse to skip the boring training sessions at times and never have he regret doing so. Surely it was shown in the battlefield as Leon was clumsy and usually used his sassiness against the foes. Not a good strategy but sometimes it did buy them some time to attack on them.

But the sudden cyan glow caught Leon’s attention as he stopped on his tracks. What was that? It was nothing Leon had seen before. His curious side got the best of him and without giving it a second thought Leon was headed towards the cyan light, stopping when he got close enough to see where it came from.

Leon tilted his head as he had been standing there for a moment glaring at the other mutant turtle. “Okay I gotta ask, how do you do that-.. glowy thing? It looks neat” sure it was rude to interrupt others not to mention strangers who might be enemies.

“That’s litter-ally dump Mikey, I would never run into trash bins, ever” maybe fallen into them from rooftop couple of times in his life but never actually run into them. Better knock on wood or it’ll happen to him.

Leon’s expression lightened up a notch when he heard that there actually was a slice left for him. Literally the best thing you could ask for after such a rough race, rough only because someone has balance problems. “Aaaww Mikey, you actually shouldn’t have, you won fair and square” of course he wouldn’t pass this opportunity as he snatched the slice quickly before Mikey would change his mind.

“Okay for reals how many times have you managed to fool us with such a trickery? I usually don’t even fall such a thing right-... right?” lots of self doubt here now. He didn’t saw it coming earlier so only pizza god knows how many times Mikey had Leon with such an easy tricks.

In all fairness, Leon would be the one to rub in his victory at his brothers faces and not leave any pizza for them so why should Mikey have to do it? But then again Leon didn’t get that riled up over this mostly because his opponent was none other than Mikey. He wouldn’t leave his older brother without a pizza slice now would he? Leon just shook his head in disbelief but smiled at that. It was his own fault for letting his guard down like a noob. He continued running towards home even if it was impossible to win this race at this point.

Soon-ish, like fifteen times tripping over, almost falling off the rooftop, Leon finally managed to reach home and first person he saw was his younger brother. “Please tell me there’s still some pizza left. That race was-.. terrible and I need something to cheer me up” he tried to sound all dramatic, not that he was lying. All those hits on the ground/rooftops made Leon’s pride took a big hit.

“Also congratulations of your brilliant diversion, did not see that coming”
