My name is Destiny Plowman and my family, my mom, and grandma, have always tried their best to give us a good life. But tough times come no matter what, and they can be random, yet harsh. A couple months back my mothers job closed down, putting her out of work and us behind on our bills. And then she was diagnosed with appendicitis. After getting her appendix removed along with the infection in it she’s constantly in pain and won’t be able to lift, or stand very often for the next month. With only my grandma bringing in money for our apartment it’s not enough, and we’re behind on our Smud, and now our rent. Our apartments refuse to make another promise to pay for us, and we’re on the verge of being homeless. With school starting in just little over a week for both my brother and I, us needing supplies, clothing, shoes, things aren’t looking up for us. And this is why I decided to make a gofundme page. We’re at the bottom of the ocean and we would appreciate any help you give us. Even just a dollar makes a difference. If this fund is a sucess, we will be able to get back on our feet, by the beginning of September my mother should be able to work and we can avoid putting our household back into a homeless shelter.
