Opportunity makes Hero
Kindness isn't the only thing that makes a hero. It's opportunity. Heck, if I was in Jesus's shoes, I would do what he did 15 times over to achieve the same results. I would feel a lot of pain but I would save everybody else the need to feel eternities of pain.
Now how am I not a hero? Its not because I'm not kind enough, and no I don't think I'm better than everybody else either.I'm sure A LOT of people would also agree to do the same considering the good things that came because of it. Of course there are people who wouldnt agree to die on the cross and other bad things, but there are always good and bad people. I also understand that many good people would simply be too afraid to agree but unless their in denial they still would.
Other examples are like Gandhi or anyone heroic you hear on the news. They simply had the opportunity to be good to many people, and they just happened to be in the right situation to become famous because of it.
Peeping Toms
Peeping is disgraceful, but I don't think it should be something to be punished for very seriously. Peeping doesn't hurt anyone, unless the peeper is caught; then both the peeper and the one peeped will feel bad. The peeper will be afraid and feel hated by the other. The one peeped will feel violated and hate the other.
But if the peeper isn't caught, then what? Then no one has been hurt. The one peeped will be as if nothing ever happened, and the peeper feel pleasure. Pleasure is a positive emotion. If the peeper isn't caught, the events are positive as only happiness was achieved. I don't support it at all, but that's only because humans feel the need to feel uncomfortable when someone sees their skin. I think it's that trait that is odd, and really it's the human tendency to feel negatively about things that don't affect them negatively in any way besides that feeling, that I find strange and bad. But that's just the way we are.
Also, if you don't want to be peeped on, then at least protect yourself properly. Go buy some blinds or curtains or something...
100% Certainty
The only thing I can be 100% certain of (no rounding) is that I exist. Not necessarily my body, or even most of my mind. Everything else could be fake, but I can feel, therefore in some shape or form, I exist.
Just because they do it, doesn't mean you should
It's a lame excuse to say that it's right to eat and hurt animals just because they do it themselves to each other. Are you really stooping down to their level? Animals aren't angels, I'm not gonna lie, they're just low dirty beings. And so are you if you willingly step down to their level and believe everything they do is right. But yet you think you're so different from them? So why in the world are you considering yourself to be so high and mighty if you act as they do, and excuse your own actions because they do the same? Are you like them or not? Nothing deserves pain.
Chasing Birds
If your not a vegetarian/vegan, and you don't support animal rights, then don't tell people not to scare birds, because that is so insignificant compared to what your doing, I'm not even gonna say. Now chasing birds is bad yes, but that's not the point. You really have no right to tell them what to do at that point, because what your doing is likely way worse than what their doing.
Practice what you preach.

Why MLP:FiM is worth watching before judging
What you think: When people hear the phrase âMy Little Ponyâ, what comes to mind are the countless of pink and girly pony toy commercials, or one of the TV series about girly ponies having tea-parties and laughing hysterically at pointless things when it's not even funny. What comes to mind are toy ponies with hair brushes and playhouses and sets. What comes to mind is a show about ponies without a trace of conflict or plot to be found. Ponies that all act same and barely have any personality, while being overly loving and girly to one another. Ponies that like stereotypical things like fashion. What comes to mind is a franchise that no one except 6 year old girls, should even gaze upon.
Speculation: There was a time when that was also what came to my mind whenever I heard some say âMy Little Pony.â Why would anyone besides little girls even watch such a show? That's so weird and freaky! I mean seriously, teens and adults watching a show for little girls? Whats up with that?! Just like most people heard of the older fans watching that show, I was weirded out. But what was in our minds was not the newest show of MLP, it was the toys, and the older generations of the show. What came to our minds was the 3rd generation, not the 4th one.
Lauren Faust: The 4th generation changed everything. It was no longer the pink and girly show it was before. It was something much, much better! Ever since the director changed, the show stopped being horrible, and began being awesome. The new director that stepped in, was no other than Lauren Faust, the director of the âPowerpuff Girlsâ and âThe Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends.â Personally, I think her newest show âMy Little Pony: Friendship is Magicâ is way better than either of them, though it's been a long time since I watched either of those shows.
The Reality: Everything is different now! There's actually a plot this time, and conflict in each episode. Things aren't all pink and girly anymore. The characters are all different now, and have a lot of depth in them. It's a genuinely good show now that anybody of any age can watch. It's a show, matching the quality of other shows such as Star Trek, except it's animated, and has ponies instead of humans. Big deal! In my opinion, the show is way better than most things on television these days. I was impressed by how much better the show was than I thought, after watching 3 episodes because people told me so. Surprisingly I wanted to watch more, but only casually. After watching a couple more episodes and truly realizing what the show was all about, I was hooked!
Explanation: The voice actors, the animation, and all of the music, it's amazing! It's very pleasant to watch and listen to. But we're all after the plot right? Well good news, it exists! The new show always has conflict, whetever it's because of a dragon, an evil pony, or a conflict among the good ponies themselves, it's done well. Yes, the best friends have conflict between each another, but it works surprisingly well, and the characters interaction is very enjoyable. The characters are very varied too, from Fluttershy the animal loving shy pony, to Rarity the fashion designer and drama queen, all the way to Rainbow Dash the tomboyish pony, who manages to be awesome, even tho shes not exactly the modest kind. The show is a great mix of humor, and real conflict. So like I said, we don't watch the show for nothing.
Morals and Theme: Besides being very entertaining and fun, the show has good morals too. Their about how you should act to keep your friendships together. Sounds cheesy and childish I know, but if you ask me, if anyone needs these lessons, then adults definitely need to learn, and start acting upon those. I've even heard stories of people gone out of depression by watching that show. The moral phrase all of us fans tend to go with, is âLove and Tolerateâ, and that's what most of us bronies go with.
The Community: Bronies are MLP:FiM fans that are out of the demographic of the show, in other words teen and adult fans. Brony comes from bro and pony, regardless it's a unisex term. Pegasister is also used, but only for female fans. There are many, many millions of us fans out there, and our community is not only the most kindest and loving one you'll ever find, but it's also one of the most talented ones. However, lately the fanbase has gained some undesirable making the rest of us seem bad. The brony community has made countless of artistic drawings and pictures in very professional quality. We have also made professional fan-music and remixes, games, and very awesome fanfics, that are actually worth reading! It's worth being a brony just to experience the wonderful community we have shaped. When you meet a random brony and exchange brohooves (brofist in brony) you have instantly become friends! Most of the time anyway. So feel free to join us bronies in a wonderful quest for friendship. Trust me, you won't regret it!
Conclusion: We have the one of the best shows and the awesomest community. Our show is pretty much a masterpiece, and our community is freaking wonderful. I tried to explain the show and it's fans in the best way I could, but it doesn't do justice. The only way to truly understand something is to experience it, so before you judge it, please do give it a chance and watch it. See if you like it. If you don't, then that's too bad. But if you do like it, then welcome to the herd!
TL;DR: The show is better than you think.
Suggested First Time Episodes: -Pilot: It's a good adventure introductory episode, but doesn't do justice. -Ticket Master: It introduces the characters, and is a social episode. -Dragonshy: It's an adventure episode. -Winter Wrap Up: It's got a catchy musical song in it. -Party of One: Most bronies favorite episode. Pretty girly, but gets pretty deep as well. -Lesson 0: Pretty good episode. Far from being girly. -Read it and Weep: Generally a very good episode. Indiana Jones Refrence. -It'sAboutTime: A pretty interesting episode about time travel.
