some Concepts for Untold Studios
I was in charge of the backgrounds for this project at Red Knuckles. DMP and 3D.
DMP to enhance the renders with a miniature look for Blinkink.
Big thanks to the CRCR / Wizz and RedKnuckles for having me on board again for the second episode.

Here are some of the work I did Art Directing on The Amazing World of Gumball on Season 5 & 6.
Some matte painting work I made on The Amazing World of Gumball as BG artist / BG Supervisor and Art Director.
The Inquisition was such a special episode, it was really fun and daunting to work on these special shots mixing live-action and animation.
I made the peeling sequence using photogrammetry and Cloth for the peeling. I did these shots up to the pre compositing to make sure all elements were working together and add some small AFX animation to make it less static.
Rob’s face was mainly made in matte painting and After Effect in order to add some small movements.
I also worked on the Look Dev of the Lab and some prop and character.
The look dev I created for the sequence of The Future. I did a few still frames for the destruction of Rob, that was the picked one. That episode was such a huge challenge on so many levels. ( I dreamt about these paintings..) Big shout out to all the BG team who did such a crazy job on the episode. Pierre Antoine Naline created the base set matching this like a breeze.
Here are some background and compositing references for the Gumball episode The Factory.
Here are some Look Dev I did for The Heart on the Amazing World of Gumball.
I ended up doing the final sequence up to pre compositing.
The camera was traveling down and had to be pretty close.
We used a bunch of photogrammetry models packed together with some Zbrush to add some finer details on close up.
The static version is a mix of 3D and matte painted over.
We did a test to find a way to make the heart 2D face look like felt for compositing.
Here is the background test I did for the sequence of the inside of the fridge in Gumball’s episode The Possession. I first created a variation of assets in order to be able to render the different cameras angles for the sequence.
Here are some progress pictures of the set I build for the SPINOFF.
It was loads of fun as I had to experiment with sculpting with foam, toilet spray for the rain and watch street artist for how to paint clouds and planets sky.
Here are the look dev I made for this sequence in SPINOFF.
You can find the whole sequence here
