My name is Cody Youngblood. I love taking photos and this is my work. I just want people to see it, appreciate and critique. What is on this blog was shot by me and is mostly to show myself my progress. I shoot with a Nikon D600 and enjoy using Nikkor Ai-s glass. Using these older manual lenses has taught me to stress less about how sharp the image is and focus on capturing the emotion of a moment.

Short video for class about passions and skills. A small piece about why I enjoy riding.

Sometimes just experimenting with what can be created in less than ideal situations is refreshing. I have been trying to spend more time behind the camera but sometimes I will just itch to try and photograph anything for the sake of it. Often times, other lenses are a thing of beauty.

I meant to take more clips while I was shooting but didn't so this is the snip

I was lucky enough to have some very close friends ask me to take some pictures for them. Words couldn't express how happy I am for them and how thankful I am to be so close to them. I Love You both dearly.
