you but you recently reblogged a tweet about the gun problem in America and how you should take guns away from everyone. and then you gave a list of countries/continents as an example of how that strategy doesn't work. But you listed Europe as an example????? I live in Denmark and i honestly don't understand? we don't have a gun problem (or maybe I am just stupid?). it would be really cool if you could explain your argument. Ok I will say my bad on that. I shouldn't have generalized. I think I should use only Australia and Britain.

Basically both of these people have introduced bans on Firearms somewhere in the countries history and both have not done much. Both British and Australian people have covered this topic and a fair amount agree that the gun ban was not the smartest. After all in AUS the gun crime was already on a decline and in the UK a list of the following occur:

Bombs

Cars

Stabbings

Acid attacks

Blunt objects

To summarize I dont think gun bans work

Is it just me, or a wrong opinion from an outsider, but like... The solution isn't banning guns or whatever. If Americans wanted to stop mass shootings all they need to do is focus on mental health, especially with young people. And stop turning killers into celebrities. Put a media ban on going in depth about the killers. Stop showing violence in the news. I'm not saying ban video games or whatever. I'm saying I was shocked at how American media glamourises violence and killers. And you wonder why killers always mention past spree killers.

i keep thinking about that tribe of baboons where all the alpha males died from eating poison garbage and then the baby boy monkeys were taken care of by the lady monkeys and never got socialized to be aggressive so they all just live peacefully and groom eachother instead of fighting and killing eachother and its been generations of that, it only took 1 wipeout of the aggressive males to change the whole social order of the species i am crying they must be so much happier
