I created a new diet called: The Muse Diet
it's inspired by my personal goals and a diet popularised by the girl group 9muses (they would portion their meals in plastic shot glass cups)
Rules:
200oz of water each day
Eat once a day with the portion being the size of your palm (fruits do not count towards this. Also I'm tall so I have big palms, portion it however you see fit)
Eat between 2pm and 8pm
No bread or Baked Goods
No obviously fried foods (I know some types of pre-packaged noodles are fried so things like that don't count, but no eggrolls, fried chicken, or anything like that)
Eat fruit at least 3 times a week
The only exceptions are electrolytes or fruit before exercise and taking exams
Edit: being a muse is not about being perfect, it's about seeking inspiration from those you'd wanna be like, that's how you become and inspiration and muse.
