This vegan banana cake tastes great and is soft and moist. Made with healthy ingredients, it's great for breakfast or as a sweet treat. Both vegans and non-vegans can enjoy it.
Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/3 cup melted coconut oil. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup plant-based milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Grease a loaf pan that's 9x5 inches. Mash the bananas and mix them with the coconut oil, maple syrup, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt should all be mixed together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones while stirring them together. Do not mix too much. Put batter into the loaf pan that has been prepared. Put it in the oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then move it to a wire rack to cool all the way down before cutting it.
