Episode 03, THE DEATH OF THE QUEEN ; On Christmas day, The court is shocked to see Lady Elizabeth wear a similar clothing to the Queen’s. The rumor has begun to spread that King intends to marry her, they already have been in carnal relationship. Elizabeth is absolutely furious at this but also terrified that it will be able to ruin her. She feels anxious more and more while her sister Cecily is married, even Anne’s marriage proposal has been discussed, yet she hears nothing about her own future. She fears if it is because of the rumor.

and my headcanon ; Elizabeth’s reaction with regard to the rumor.

“You are the eldest, there must be so much to consider finding your husband, I’m sure. and You’re already betrothed.”

“But what if he would never cross the see and come to England. and even if he would come to England, what if he’d ever believe it. that I am a mistress of my Uncle??”

“Elizabeth…….”

“I’m afraid. I’m afraid this rumor would be my downfall.”

Episode 02 ; Upon the death of the Prince of Wales Edward, Thomas Stanley knows his stepson, Henry Tudor has a higher chance to claim the throne than before. He and his wife Lady Margaret Beaufort come to an agreement that they must not have the Woodvilles forsake the marriage alliance and do something more than exchanging letters between Henry and Elizabeth before King Richard has her marry to someone else. Elizabeth feels all the eyes of the court watch her every movement, also realizes no matter what she wants, she is standing between the battle of the crown. Meanwhile, Elizabeth tries to amuse the Queen who is mourning her son’s death with preparation for Christmas and Anne takes some comfort from her niece, so she gives her a gift, a dress for Christmas…

Episode 01 ; Elizabeth, a daughter of King Edward and Elizabeth Woodville returns to her Uncle, King Richard’s Court. While She and her sister receives a warm welcome by her Aunt, Queen Anne, Elizabeth feels her home is been changing. Surrounded by those who were against her family, she worries and wonders what would happen in the future. Then one day, she receives an unexpected letter from an unexpected person…

It seems that I wouldn’t get a proper film/show of Elizabeth of York anytime soon, so I’ve made an imaginary adaptation for myself and pretend they are promotional photos and synopsis. I haven’t come up with the name or a title of episode though.

ALTERNATIVE UNIVERSE. Arthur Tudor, firstborn son of Henry VII and Elizabeth of York, and his wife, Katherine of Aragon, recovered after their illness. The King and the Queen thanked God for His mercy with many celebrations, and England showed its unconditional love for the King-to-be. But with the years, Henry VII fell ill and finally died, only few months before the death of the Queen. Arthur became King himself, and his wife, Katherine, was crowned next to him at Westminster Abbey, on 24 June 1509. He was crowned Arthur II, according to the will of his father. As the years passing, it appeared that something was wrong in the Royal Couple, who still didn’t have any child, not even a pregnancy. The physicians started to think that the unkown illness of Arthur when he was fifteen could have disturbed his health, and that he probably never will be able to have children. Moreover, the King’s health was pretty variable, and let him weak for weeks and weeks after every ‘episode’. Seeing that the problem couldn’t be solved, Arthur started to think about the future of the Kingdom, particularly after his death. Henry, his brother, was his only heir, and during the last years of his reign, he associated him to the political business of the country. Arthur finally died of illness in his mid-thirties, leaving the country to his brother, later crowned as Henry VIII.
