Pretty cool story on this one...I had a guy reach out to me and ask if I'd trade one copy of my One Man One Barbell program for one piece of original EO3 artwork...I said hell yeah!! I love it!!

This flag was proudly flown in an F-15E Strike Eagle on a combat sortie in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. And William couldn't be more excited! It now hangs in his room until we get a proper case 🇺🇸

On the way to school this morning we saw a mail truck pulling out of the post office. William said, "Oh, I hope we get the post!" When I asked him what he meant he said, "you know, the mail!" He is the most observant and smartest little boy. This picture from the other night is of him making a latté in the bath. So much love for this little dream boy.
