Negotiation
Starting my first formal job negotiation process in the morning. I've needed so much help from friends and mentors, I'm really not good at being a hard-ass, business-minded SOB. After 11 years of higher education, I've decided it's time to become a big boy and find a big boy job. Preparing to move my life across the country once again is both exciting and highly stressful. If all goes well, it's a Washington life for me.
