Have you ever known that someone really cared about you and that you matter to them but you can't stop thinking about how they deserve better. Better than you. And they'll find people who are better and who they should be talking to. Because you arent worth their time. And you won't ever be. Even if they seem to think you are. And even if they say they only want you. You cant help but want to distance yourself. Because you want them to have so much better than what you can offer them. - 🔥

Wow, okay. I want to be honest because otherwise I'll sound pretentious. Thing is, I haven't really felt what it's like to be 'wanted' regardless of my worst qualities by a lot of people. And not ever romantically (if what you meant was in that way). But yeah... some people that have been around me for a long time, like long-time friends and even sometimes family members, I feel that at times I dissappoint them. And the worst feeling is when I realise that I failed at giving them the care, attention or affection they gave me. This happened a few times but it was enough to depress and guilt the hell out of me.

But every person has made mistakes and everyone has qualities they aren't fond of. Also every person has a free will to choose who they want to love and care for. If someone cares for you, sometimes it isn't about you deserving it or not. It's about them seeing you fit to place their love and care upon. That's my take on it. Thanks for the ask btw.
