Kili was offended by the gesture. He was no longer a child dwarf, silly arranged only trouble wherever he went, he was a young adult dwarf, and would not admit to being treated with an incorrigible problem.
He bit his lower lip, widened his eyes and frowned. The cheeks were slightly flushed and he started undoing the belt that held his tunic. Without letting the eyes of the old dwarf, who saw it as a problem.
"You want a problem, here’s a problem for you, Thorin." He began to remove his pants, boots, stockings, a tunic over his head and finally his masculine long johns (underwear). Put it all in his arms and threw at the feet of Thorin.
Kili looked challenge and ruffle the hair. He turned and walked to the door.
"Kili what-- What on Earth are you doing? Kili, for the love of Mahal, put your clothing back on, or so help me--"
Letting out an aggravated sigh, annoyed by the hilarity of the situation, as well as the immaturity, Thorin ran a hand through his hair. "Kili, I will call upon your mother, if I must, but you will put your damned clothing on, grow up, and do me this favour."
A glare. "Am I understood?"
Honestly, why did the boy have to take his clothes off?
Robb listened to the words of King. He was still a young and very inexperienced king. And often it was the whole responsibility rested on his shoulders too much. Then he often felt helpless and needed someone he could ask for advice. If his father were alive, he would these issues. ”——- I understand.” He glanced at his direwolf. The stood next to him. Robb put a hand on his coat and waited until Thorin private affairs with the other dwarf had finished discussed and followed him as he rose from his throne. ”—- The Erebor is remarkable.” He said as looked around.
Climbing down the steps, Thorin led the newcomer into the lower halls, waving away any servants who came forward. "Your creature-- I do not believe I've seen anything like it. It's rather like a tame Warg I suppose; But far better groomed. Are they from your land?"
A nod of his head indicated he'd heard the statement. "It is the kingdom of my forefather's. Much work has gone into it; Many lives have been lost here. It is an honourable place, one I am glad to rule."
"—Yes, of course." Bilbo hopped to his feet, relieved he had indeed set up a something of a treat atop the small garden table beside him. Though it was tea for one, he was a hobbit after all. There was plenty enough fit for— well. A king.
"Do you— ah.” Bilbo’s fingertips lingered along the teapot’s handle. “How do you take tea?”
Smirking at the Hobbit's antics, Thorin waved his hand. "However you are having it, Bilbo. No need to go to troubles."
He paused. "Perhaps only a little sugar, though."

Kili’s eyes widen, not understanding where his uncle wants to get.
"Games? I did nothing I said. Tell me what you want from me, it’s more like an excuse to punish me somehow, tell me what I did?"
With a huff, Thorin shook his head, waving a hand to dismiss his nephew. He would hear no more. "I do not look to punish you. But, perhaps rather than a nuisance, you could be of service to me. Perhaps, if given the chance, you could deliver this message to Balin."
It seemed the best way to keep Kili out of further trouble, as was sure to happen eventually. "It's for his eyes only, understood?"
Robb was surprised that Thorin had heard from his house where he lived but far from his home. It honored him. ”—- I am surprised that you have heard from us, your Grace.”
"I used to travel, before I was king. One hears many things abroad, and further northwest, the name Stark is often whispered. You are a long way from home, Lord Stark."
Another dwarf scurried into the room, approaching Thorin and whispering a few words. The king nodded and rose from his throne, eyeing Robb.
"Follow me."
"Oh, aye. An’ I know a terrific place to stea— Er, buy ‘em from." Nori looked vaguely sheepish for a moment but then it passed and he was smirking once more, "Dori has been askin’ ‘bout ye’. Worryin’ like the ol’ mother hen he is. Always tell him yer fine as a king can be." Though Nori was all but a Lord, he still often stole and even lived in Dale, outside the mountain. Stone had never agreed with him, "Ain’t it ever get stuffy in here?"
A hint of mischief glimmered in the king's eye, long forgotten after many years of leading and exile. "I'll have to look into it," Was his only response. He'd be sure to pay the shopkeeper, of course. "I'll have to remember to stop in, then. He always has been a bit protective, hasn't he?" A fond smile crossed the king's lips. It was nice to hear of his old friends. So busy was he, that they often fell through the cracks; Which was rather upsetting, he had to admit. Raising an eyebrow, a short laugh leaving his lips, Thorin glanced at Nori with mirth. "No, not really-- I see daylight enough, I should think."
"I didn’t do anything! All of a sudden it just fell down and all the ponies ran out, I promise!" Kíli protested and looked at the broken door to the stables. "I was just… Training a bit with my sword, nearby, when it happened… Kind of" he babbled and bit his lip to hide a grin. The real reason was of course because he’d used the door as a sparring partner which was kind of obvious since the poor door definitively had seen better days.
Rubbing at his temples, Thorin let out a frustrated sigh before turning his glare on his nephew. "For Aulë's sake, boy, we need those ponies. You'd better round them up before nightfall-- And find something else to hit, would you?"
Kili just gave a nervous smile. Did not know what to do, lie was not his best weapon. Especially against his uncle.
"I do not know, tell me Mr."
With a sigh, Thorin gave up on the questioning. Kili was nothing, if not a pain in his arse most of the time.
"Enough of your games, nephew."
♕—;;
“I am aware of that.”
The Elvenqueen replies flatly, frowning down at the dwarf. She won’t answer his question, not while he’s being so rude to her.
"... Right. Well if there's nothing I can do for you, I'm sure Balin would gladly see you out."
He's got work to do, anyway.
”In north lands, far from here. My home.
But here; ’tis not safe, men hunt my kind, one wrong word, & i could bring a whole army upon me.”
– – – -She smiles, pressing her index finger against her lips.
"I can respect that, for I was once hunted too. But, if we are to continue on, then there must be something I can call you."
" Oh well think what you want. But I’m pretty sure I’m not his real daughter. "
The princess looked back at Thorin and shrugged. ” I just want to be somewhere, where there wouldn’t be hate around me. I respect dwarves, I admire them and I’m not taller than them… “
She sighed and looked down. ” I just thought I could stay here.. “
"And I'm sure all dwarves would thank you tenfold for such a compliment. I just don't believe that an elf-- Or supposed elf-- Living amongst these old-fashioned dwarves is such a smart idea. Thinking only of your safety of course... Erebor is a wonderful, welcoming home-- To those like us."
With a sigh, Thorin watched the girl for a moment. "But, if living here is all you desire, and there are no rules to tell you know, then fine. But tread lightly."
"Nothing you are able to give I am certain.”
"Then perhaps I could direct you to someone who can."
"To be greeted as such is hardly cause for revelry, Master Dwarf. It would seem the aloofness of Kings is within you and your opinion of me is already unfair. But I am scant in saying that I wished only to know of your name…"
"And knowing my name is a want, is it not? Forgive me for my... Aloofness. But this is not the most opportune moment." A raise of his eyebrow followed. "And yet you come into these halls, seeking the king's presence, and all you wish to know is his name? That you do not know of it already?"
A sigh.
"I am Thorin Oakenshield, son of Thrain, King Under this mountain you find yourself in."
”—— My men will not make any trouble. I promise. House Stark will be forever grateful to you for your help. Your welcome any time since. And welcome in Winterfell, my Lord.” Again he bowed his head to the ground and then looked at him. He was forever in his debt. ”—- Thank you.”
Thorin bowed his head in acknowledgement. He'd heard many great stories about the Starks; and of the chivalry of their house. He did not doubt Robb's words. Turning to a servant, he muttered a few words before turning back to the Stark.
"Do not thank me, but the honour of your House. Were it questionable, I would not allow this."
"And just what is distracting you?"
"Many things. But you have my undivided attention now."
