Official Illustration for Sasuke's birthday posted on July 22nd, 2025
it’s sns thursday i just decided
'Hey... What are you ...?'
'Shut up and go to sleep. I can't sleep because of you.'
'Okay...:
Kushina/Minato and Itachi were crucial in respectively shaping Naruto and Sasuke's worldviews and goals. That's why it's so significant that Naruto and Sasuke's most precious family members approved of and supported their relationship.
And I find it interesting that Kishimoto literally brought people back from the dead and made sure to include them waxing poetic about SNS' bond because it accurately reflects the nature of SNS' relationship. It is one that transcends life and death. A spiritual bond strong enough to shatter multi-generational curses.
Sasuke simply doesn't look at anyone the way he looks at Naruto.
gay ship so crazy that “if one of them were a woman they’d be canon” is so true the author wrote that himself. it’s called mario by masashi kishimoto.
kishimoto was insane for this
mikoto always knew she had a daughter 💜

i feel like i didn't make it clear but i agree with what you're saying i just wanted to add my 2 cents lol. essentially they're just obsessed with heterosexuality and traditional gender roles which is extremely ironic considering they love to act like liking sakura and ss is feminist and call anybody who doesn't misogynistic
Ah oops yeah I misread you sorry, definitely agree with what you were adding!
bye bye kushina icon. hello gay people
they hate it bc it's the only thing they have going for ss. all of them know that their relationship is onesided so they cope by saying "they're married and have a kid" to anybody questioning it. mind you we don't even know if they're actually married unlike nh 😭 and we all know what their "marriage" looks like. also a lot of them act like it's misogynistic to talk about sarada's conception as if kishi isn't the one who wrote that. nobody pulled it out of their ass. if anything i'd argue it's more misogynistic to take a woman possibly not being a child's biological mother as some kind of grave insult especially when she is the one who raised them
I def agree with what you're saying but I do genuinely think there's more to it re: the deeply rooted ideas of 'natural' conception and 'natural' sexuality because otherwise they would point to the fact that Sakura still had and raised that child regardless and that that could be indicative of devotion and trust or whatever they actually say (I've seen some of the arguments and they tend along those lines in my experience), but there are many who focus on the specifics of conception. I was made that post after scrolling and seeing someone post genuinely upset by the notion that Sarada could've been conceived by IVF, not even that she wasn't their biological child just that it could possibly imply them not having sex, which like I was saying I do think is very very tied to a lot of very harmful ideas.
I'd also agree that it's more misogynistic to hold up 'biology' over actual bonds, especially when the story's thesis IS that bonds are more important than blood. Like, did they actually read it...
