Ombra pulled his jaw down by the invisible force, making him almost stumble to his knees. She cupped his face to hold him close.
“You did great today.” She whispered.
She leaned down and pressed her lips to his. She didn’t kiss, merely allowing him to taste her black lipstick and feel her subtle scent of iron.
If his heart was still intact, it'd probably be racing out of his chest by now.
The scent of iron was nothing new, it was around him everyday, within him even, But the subtle taste of licorice was yet another unexpected surprise. He could sworn a fuse just exploded in his circuits
When she finally moved away -only after messing his brain up even more of course,- he looked at her. Really looked at her. This woman he knew BARELY anything about but her name, managing to catch him in a halt just by a faint press of her lips against his own.
