General information:
Believed by others to be a norman (human), but he is not. He uses magic to hide his true appearance (his ears mainly). For Blue, he is content with his life in the city. Used to live in the Garden of Baphomet with his tribe, but now he has moved to stay in Prontera. With his allowance as freelance artisan, he rented a room in HT01's house; also helping her take care of it while she is away in Alberta.
Personality/headcanons:
Despite his age, he is not the wisest person around. But he is willing to learn and is friendly towards people. He strives to learn and get in contact with people. He is quite lame once you get to know him, but he is usually quite the cool guy.
Background Story:
Early days:
He does not look like it, but he has seen the changes of Rune Midgard. Including the war, the battle, and how darkness took over and cause despair. He was young when elves started to evolve due to the absorption of the demon spell casted during war. His tribe is one of the few groups that have yet to absorb the spell or in his tribe's case, reflect it. But they are slowly losing in numbers; and his tribe asked them to reproduce their own people to gain more. Blue and his sister, Star; are absolutely disgusted over this. So they fled the place, with the potion they make to hide their elf appearance.
His past is a mystery to most norman and noels.
Current Story:
He moves to Prontera to learn magic more, and became a knight in training. But he left after that and became a freelance artisan, doing different kinds of normal jobs while learning magic. He rented a place in HT01's place.
His secret was almost found out by Tiffan and few other people and he's trying his best to hide that. Regardless, Blue's life is currently still stable.

BlackStar (Black Star Seren)
His twin elf sister who left with him from their tribe. They are extremely close with each other, often in a teasing manner. Despite that, they still care and love each other as siblings, never in a romantic way. They agree that they felt disgusted at the suggestion of the elders of their tribe. After they separated, they still contact via mail.
Tiffan
His best friend. Their first encounter was not an experience for Blue, as when they first meet, Tiffan faked his injury. In haste, Blue tried to help, but the thief's goal was to steal his potions. So in anger Blue had pretty much chased Tiffan and tried to sense him out. They had formed a friendship over time because Blue will not let him go.
HT01
The owner of the house he stays in. Before HT01 left for Alberta they made an agreement that his cost for his rent can be cut if he maintains the house for her, and he agrees. He also contacts her via mail and pay his rent through that means.
Suourie
A little noel that lived in HT01's house in the later days. He somewhat fears her darkness a little, since it means that he could get contaminated if he gets too close. But generally, he teaches her the ways of living in the city and hunting. They gotten pretty close in the later days which then he realise he might have developed a crush on her, maybe...

A bowmaster that venture out from Anu Arendel because of her sister, Sachi, who left their hometown earlier than her
Due to her beliefs, she has a slight distrust towards humans (aka racist)
Currently has a small house in the Foothill of the Black Mountain, and stays with Lieriie
Personality/headcanons:
Usually quiet and does not like to hang out with people
Smart and intelligent, but very short sighted in views
Very stubborn even though she does not admit it
Mature, but has childish quirks when it comes to not admitting her mistakes
She is kind of her race, not so much for humans...
She does come out as rude :'^(
Random Facts:
She wears contact lens, usually she wears glasses when home
She actually does want to love Sachi again as she used to, but her stubbornness got the better of her and it is hard for her to move on.
Marien used to think her Telesia is something to do with Sachi; now she thought otherwise and found the concept of Telesia 'a tragic tale'.
Despite that she and Sachi are twins, they don't have the same last name (or Sachi's case, none)
Background Story:
Back in Anu Arendel
She was born under the Tree of Life, alongside with her elven twin sister who was born with her at the same time. Since young they were pretty close to each other, despite them arguing pretty often. They used to stay in Anu Arendel.
But Sachi dreamt of going to the outside world, while Marien did not wish that. So Sachi left without letting Marien know. Furious, the elf chased her sister. She did not know of the ill-fate her sister would meet.
At times, her sister would try to convince her to go back home, but Sachi often storms away from Marien.
Current Story:
Marien happened to meet with Lieriie by coincidence, during a hunt. Curious of her race, Marien became friends with Lieriie. They decides that since both do not have a home to stay, they would stay together.
Marien eventually found out that Li was the reason of Sachi's complex Telesia. She even met Ariannaa who taunted her for being 'stubborn and pathetic'.
Marien had confronted with Sachi at one point, and this caused a breakout between the sisters. Her sister however, did not wish to fight her, but Marien thought otherwise and believes Sachi was an impostor. Since then, Marien has been quiet and cut all contacts with her.
Marien knows she must learn to let it go, and she is taking time to do so.

Lieriie /Li Bai/
Marien's best friend. As Lieriie has a sick nature, Marien found it her duty to take care of her friend. Their relationship is so close that both of listen to each other advises. Sadly, most of Li's good nature did not rub off Marien and Li had got the wrong ideas at times.
Sachiriko /Sachi/
Her elven sister born at the same time from the Tree of Life. They were once as close as two peas in a pot. But since Sachi had left Anu Arendel, Marien had been chasing her. They often fought, but loved each other regardless. When she found out that Sachi was not exactly the Sachi she knew, she turn her hate and anger at the girl and cut all contacts with her.
Marcus Immaculata /Marc/
Met him once, and accidentally bullied him. Does not a very good bond with him.
Ariannaa Nassar /Arianna/
Met her once when the Blade Dancer was possessed by dark spirits.
AU Sachiriko really rough draft headcanons, or in this case; Sachiriko the elf before she died & Sachiko as a young human child

fate did not do her well, she was killed near Raider's Den
Sachiko (+Matthew) as a child
she was abandoned as a child, and lived in a orphanage on Calderock village
she sneaks out and visits with Matt a lot, but often gets ignored
she and Matt wanted play with the flowers that were there
but as they were playing, dark elves appeared and killed her (accident or intentional idk)
she died in his arms(???)
They died around the same time, and during that time, Sachiko's soul went to the recently dead elf Sachiriko in the guidance of a very young as well little girl called Lieriie (Kali). Lieriie saw Sachiko's soul by coincidence and decided to help let this soul have another chance by guiding her.
With that, when Sachiriko woke up again, she went by the name 'Sachi' and her personality had a change to the Sachiriko we know today \o\
This probably also explains why she hates dark elves
