My headcanons on partygoers' anatomy ( using the example of Jasper, because I don't have any other partygoers oc lolll)
So first of all- their arms!
I thought about connecting these mouths with the stomach through the esophagus, but this would greatly limit the mobility of their arms. And the esophagus itself would constantly be squeezed in the elbow area... if they could bend it at all, because it would take very strong and dense muscles to push food from the hand into the stomach ehhh- It might have worked if their arms had a structure similar to a snake's body, but then whole arm would look like noodles.. just too funny looking 💔
So! each hand has its own mouth and a small stomach. Which, by the way, is intended only for sweets / pastries, which are quickly digested and enter other organs through the vascular system.
And one little thing — behind the ring of teeth is a ring of skin. Kinda like the second eyelid of predators, but in this case it is designed so that gastric juice and food do not fall out of the stomach itself.

Can't say more about other internal organs tho... they're just significantly larger than a human's. And the main stomach is designed specifically for meat (that is, it has a high acidity).

Although although- Personally Jasper hardly eats meat. More precisely, the consumption of meat of humans ( they are intelligent by his standards + Cross is still a human being too. Partly...
