Joker and Akechi have... Something going on. I'm not entirely sure what it is, but it should probably be studied. Though Joker and Mishima seem to be rather close as well.

Ryuji I'm not quite sure on, but I've seen many people pair the two of us together, so I suppose that's my answer.

Ann is an easy choice. Her and Shiho have an inseparable bond.

Makoto and Haru seem extremely close, so Im afraid that's my only answer for them too.

Though if I am to be completely truthful with you, Anon, I don't have a set pair for anyone here. We're all close with each other, after all.
