Who can guess what this used to be?..... Remember that toothache you had a long time ago?... Dentist offices got rid of these basins - but this one is back
I want to be a fast worker.
I want to be on time.
Wow!
This is the B-side of left-over granite tops. They work great for outdoors pavers and can be cut with a table-top tile saw. I got them for free - the fellow was glad that people were getting rid of these heavy chunks of “garbage” for him
I want to be filled with memories.
Upcycle old pianos into fascinating garden fountains. Very dilapidated classy.
Wow!
I want to be your crutch, forever.

And it even looks comfortable
So many great ideas
Untitled on We Heart It.
What a jewel
This would be such a good idea for having unique club House furniture or art studio furniture.
Great way to keep old tires under you
DIY / repurposing idea du jour:
Old boot screwed onto a tree or a fence = new bird house.
For additional bird house, feeder, and other bird-related posts, browse through this subset of the Unconsumption archive.
[Photo spotted on Facebook here, thanks to friend Jim Mitchem. Source apparently is Livesay Photography. (Kudos to photographers who add watermarks to their photos!)]
Way cool! And so simple
DIY Teapot Birdhouse : ROBINS NESTING PLACE
I’m heading to a thrift shop today to get a tea pot…with any luck it’s not too late for a nesting bird!
What a creative idea! Thinking out of the box....
Re-purposing
Flying saucer tea lights for my kitchen, again from a second-hand store. The old porcelain insulators I think are a nice touch to hold the copper wires in place
Re-purposing
Cheap lampshade for my kitchen. Many things from 2nd hand stores make fun lampshades
Re-purposing - keeps things out of landfills and is great fun.
An old roaster found in a junk yard in the Mohave Desert is now my bathroom sink
