PROJECT 3 -Infographic about something you are really passionate about

i choose to do my infographic about my favourite singer- The weekend. i decided to do it in orange and black which where the colour scheme to his last album, my dear melancholy. there are 10 facts about him.

i really enjoyed this project! for the 5 words i choose: 

1: word i always say : Guys 

2: my best friend : Hassan 

3: my favourite food: prawns 

4: why I’m studying art and design: love and passion 

5: something i hate: Lizards 

1- i turned the words guys into a confused face, as i am always confused! 

2- my best friend Hassan has big ears, so i incorporated his name in arabic calligraphy inside his ear. 

3- i wrote the word prawn in a prawn. 

4- i maade the words love and passion interlink

5- i wanted to show the viewer the disgust i feel when looking at lizards and so i made a busy background, i worte the word lizard in the shape of the lizard

FA222- Reflection 

project 1- Painting to Illustrator 

For this project i choose to recreate this painting -  Angels after bouguereau by Darkp Topliski. I choose this painting because of its calm colours and also because  its aesthetically pleasing. i thought i wanted to challenge myself with the angle wings. Also I love the various tones and i knew i could experiment ( vectorize).The painting by using the low poly techniques in which I turn the painting into geometric shapes w which made up the paintings.I made the triangles using the pen tool then I colored each individual a triangle using the eyedropper tool. To make clipping mask for some of the collage pieces such as the feathers and the wings I love using illustrator I like experimenting on the program and I like finding solutions to the problems I face if I had more time I would add more collage bit to it the problem I faced was that there were gaps between some triangles  to make clipping masks for some of the collage pieces such as the feathers and the wings I love using illustrator I like experimenting on the program and I like finding solutions to the problems I face if I had more time I would add more collage bits to it the problem I faced was that there were gaps between some triangles.  Solve this problem I added a layer under the poly layer in which I colored  using the same shade as the skin.
