Halo Glitter Pumpkin 🎃
Decorating for the fall time is my favorite time out of the year. The smells, the vibes, the changing colors of the leaves are a few of my favorite things about the fall time. I love decorating for fall more than Christmas honestly. What says more fall like decorating some pumpkins? I’ve always loved decorating them but I did not know what I wanted to do for this year. I took some inspiration from images seen online. I first wanted to do a Piano theme pumpkin (black and white) but than completely changed my mind and opted out for a holographic, glitter dripping from the pumpkin. The materials are super affordable and found all of it in Walmart for less than 20 dollars.

This is something that was extremely easy to do. anyone can do this simple DIY. I was a little bit hesitant at first just because the last time I was dying a shirt was over five years ago. Also because this was a crewneck and it was going to take longer overall. I started off by bleaching the shirt, I first wanted it white but than changed my mind and wanted burgundy or purple. I placed the crewneck for about 20 minutes on direct sunlight with a solution of bleach and water. Checking the process every 5 minutes. after the 20 minute mark I decided to leave it for 10 mins more. I dont recommend leaving it for longer other wise your going to destroy the material. I also suggest buying or putting a lot of fabric softer just because that was a really long time leaving a shirt in that solution. I’m surprised it even survived honestly. For the coloring process I just dump in some RIT dye and mixed it with boiling hot water(take precaution when doing this). I suggest leaving the shirt soaked in that color bath for about 50 mins even longer. Honestly the longer you leave it the most intense that color will be and the more unified the crewneck will look. I did notice that leaving it for 35 mins wasn't enough for me so I suggest 50. I had to redeposit more dye in the water bath and that was so cumbersome because I did stain my hands and it wasn't that hard to take it off but you know I still had to kill time taking it off my hands. Wear gloves if you have some because this can get messy. After the 50 minute mark you can start washing it and make sure to put fabric softer. I left mine for 20 mins in fabric softener and it was so soft when I took it of the drier.

ICY BLACK AND SILVER CHRISTMAS
So this year I wanted to do something completely different than what I did last year. I wanted to give the Christmas tree this year an icy effect; but at the same time I did not know how to come about doing so. I knew I also wanted to add black and silver for this year. I ended up combining both elements and it turned out really nice in my opinion. The challenging part was not to get too crazy with two many colors. That way the main colors wouldn't get lost. This actually is one of my favorite Christmas trees decor that I've ever done period. I wanted to add color lights to this year because Ive never done so. I've always disliked the taste of it on Christmas trees but this year I wanted to brake out of my shell and do something drastically different. Ive seen so much colors being used this year, what actually inspired me to do the color light is the Instagram logo. I didn't want to make it so traditional. I also added black elements which gave it a more dramatic look to the Christmas tree. The tree topper was my favorite part out of the whole look just because it gave the whole icy effect that I wanted to do this year.

METALLIC FINISH NIGHTSTAND
Let me first start out by saying I love Krylon paint especially this formulation. I did 2 coats all over this nightstand and it dried super fast. The transformation was night and day difference. You can do this to woods, metals, basically anything you want to transform. I even did my old plastic storage drawer that I have. I was super happy with the results, I did a faux marble topper which I got from Amazon (links below). An optional piece was to change the hardware but I was happy with the one it had. This is super easy to do and can really transform an old piece. I found this table randomly on the streets one day. The wallpaper is a little bit more expensive but there are so many options and I specifically wanted a matte topper nothing glossy. I bought the paint at Walmart but I cannot find the specific formulation of which I used but I did show an alternative in the video.

At Home Mini Peel
This is by far one of the best mini peels on a budget. It is gentle enough to be used twice a week. There are two steps into this Kit which runs you about 28.00 U.S dollars. I got mine from the Ulta website; this Kit comes with the Microdermabrasion Peel Crystals and the Activation Serum. Ingredients list are shown in the video. I’ve been using this kit since my middle school days. The only thing you have to watch out is to put sunscreen if you plan to head outside throughout the week. You should wear sunscreen regardless. Do pay close attention when using this kit. Try not to wash your face with harsh cleansers and toners. Try to avoid cleansing your skin all the often with this treatment due to the ingredients on this peel. If you plan to wash your face due cleans with a gentle cleanser. I personally recommend CETAPHIL cleanser, its super gentle on the skin. This mini peel will slowly shed off old skin and generate new ones to come to the surface. This product leaves your face baby soft; you can clearly see the difference right when your ending the treatment which is washing you face. Ive been using this product since 8th grade and Ive never noticed any weird reactions to it. Due remember please to put sunscreen or your face will not be happy at you lol. Overall I highly recommend this product due to its true claims and its the best way to get rid of old yucky skin.
QUEEN HELENE MINT JULEP MASK
This is by far one of my favorite drugstore products. Ive been using this since my High School days. It’s honestly is a life savior; this product not only treats acne really well. It also serves as a detox as well. You can honestly feel this product work. Sometimes I put this as a spot treatment when I get an occasional breakout. It dries it up pretty quickly or it heals it; depending on the stage of the pimple. This is so affordable and you can find it almost anywhere considering is a drugstore product. There are several imitations of this product but theres nothing like the original. I recommend this for people with low to mild acne; if you have more aggravated skin I suggest looking and going to a dermatologist. But this product overall has helped me when I was In High School and I for the most part continue to use it.

CARBONATED BUBBLE MASK
So I did a video on this last summer. I was going to re upload it and put it in my youtube channel but I cannot seem to find the footages that coincide when I filmed last time. So I redid the video; Tumblr downgrades the quality by a huge fraction to the point where you can't even see what the person is actually doing. But you guys can look at the reviews for that video on my blog. In all honesty I love this mask so much. After you take it off your pores are gone. Like legit looks like you have an airbrush effect; its so neat how it does that. I hope you guys are having a fantastic weekend and I’m almost done from my exams!! overall this mask is a must to have for me. I get really large pores around my T-zone and it definitely diminish the look of them by a lot.

JET BLACK VIBES
Ever since Apple Introduced us with the new color of the new iPhone 7 I've been drooling. As much as I hate the design of the new iPhone 7; I'm in love with the integration of the colors that they've added. I’m still waiting for a bigger significant change to convince me to switch. Maybe 6k video recording Apple!! better quality display Apple!! Enough about my rant; I wanted to make my iPhone 6s have a glossy,jet-black finish. So after doing some research I managed to find some companies that satisfied my needs. I ended up with Toeoe or D brand. Toeoe was listed on Amazon so I went for that one considering I have Amazon Prime. For starters I did not have that much expectations for this considering it was only 7 bucks. But I was really shocked in the quality of the skin. You can tell if a skin is cheaply made by touching the paper. Believe me its really easy; the procedure for this skin was extremely easy to put. There were some air bubbles were my finger was resting but I managed to take it off. Overall I really recommend this product. It gets a 5 out of 5 in my book and its only 7 smackcaroonies.
