Something interesting I realized while looking at Saki's cards side by side. They're polar opposites of each other

In her first card, her 2☆, Saki is wearing little to no actual color. the undertone of red on her cape is the only color she has on herself. Compare that to the background that's so bright and vibrant and it looks like it's glowing

But in her newest card, her 4☆, Saki is the one glowing (literally). She's dressed in all white even her horns and the flower she's holding are white. She has even less color now, her red cape is gone and she's just white, pure, clean, but she looks sad and even hopeless

Her expression almost matches her surroundings. A dark, closed off space that almost looks like a labyrinth if you look closely. Somewhere you can get lost where even light won't help you

In her first card Saki is clothed in darkness, while the world around her is glowing, but in her second card the world is dark and the only light is her
