About cutting one verse of the Title song in the movie I heard that they didn't want to sexualize the vocalise like in the replica and they decided that Christine would sing it in the boat and this is why they had to cut a part of the song. In the movie it's not a full operatic vocalise but it's rather something like a murmuring and even asexual, I think?

OK, so… I’m not questioning what you are saying. Because it does line up with a lot of the other stuff told. But still:

They could technically have cut any verse, but they cut the key change one, which probably is a deliberate choice.

Originally they said that Christine before she goes through the mirror is the innocent flower, and after she’s gone through the mirror she’s in the Phantom’s realm, a dream world with weird hand candelabras and gilded grottos. Her makeup is heavier and vampier, her hair messier, her dressing gown open to reveal a corset and stockings. But this transformation happens at the beginning of the title song, the sexualisation has already happened. Why would the cadenza itself be a moment to hold back? She still has to sing it. If they wanted to ease things out here, they could have cut the cadenza, no?

A detail I DO like a lot in this aspect is that when Meg goes through the mirror later on, looking for Christine, she sees the grim reality, the damp stone walls, the darkness, the cobweb. So reality VS dream world really is far apart:
