considering the fact Billy revealed he had a motive before the stabbing each other part, I like to think stu stabbed him deep on purpose as a "fuck you, why didn't you tell me"
stu macher doing a shaggy impression and pissing Billy off with it
"zoniks!"
then Billy crashes out
They would definitely be hyenas
@billyloomis-corpse
no Billy isn't a stone cold nonchalant constantly angry teenager. HE IS A NERD!!
he found every way to make references to the movies he loves. he got excited when his plan was coming together, he was teasing, he was smiling, maybe the situation wasn't exactly as light as his face was but that isn't a naturally "idgaf about anything" man that is a man who would go on multiple debates about his favorite horror movies and then rage quit the debate because he got mad.
Billy loomis is a geek and he was projecting it when he was bullying Randy
he's sick of Stu's jokes and stu is sick of his horror movie rants
stu crying on the phone with sidney while Billy rips a couch up for no reason and screams after hitting stu in the head with the phone, best part of the movie.
I'm currently rewatching it and that scene is all I'm thinking about
obsession so bad everyone in my life knows about scream, and I'll continue to tell anyone I meet about it
I have a headcanon about stu machers parents
my biggest theory is that stu was born the way he was, and when someone is born 'psychotic' there's normally signs shown early in a child's life.
I imagine Stu's parents had a hint about it, and it scared them. they never told anyone because they cared about image, they spoiled stu and gave him a lot while also distancing themselves from him out of fear.
Stu's parents kept Stu's sister distant from stu, telling her he wasn't safe to be around for too long. as stu got older they started leaving town often as an excuse to get away from him, hence; child neglect. forcing stu to look for comfort else where (finding Billy)
they didn't know how to take care of stu and so they just treated him like a wild dog to tame and keep happy, the first sign was stu being too rough with the other kids. Stu's dad said it was just how boys act but they quickly noticed how different he was, how the other kids seemed more filled with life compared to him. it got to them and they started watching him closely, they taught stu not to hurt people. which is why Stu's dad took him hunting, wishing stu would just go for animals instead.
after the murders they moved away and tried to avoid anything about the situation, however Stu's sister stayed in Woodsboro followed by her husband and son, taking her husbands last name while praying no one puts two and two together
"billys a cat and Stu's a dog"
hyenas
what Hank did was child abuse,
what Nancy did was child abuse,
what Roman did was grooming.
Billy was never born into his mental illnesses, he was made into what he was and then convinced himself into getting worse. he was enabled and encouraged
people complain about Sam and how Billy cheated on sidney, I saw people say they ruined the "gay" aspect to him
the reason they put that together is simply the signs of flirting in the video store, plus Billy was never gay; the only confirmed idea is queer coded which I still don't know why people talk about headcanoned sexualities like they're canon
also, stu and Billy weren't dating, it's okay to be upset your headcanon was debunked but don't talk about it as if they said in the movie its self "billys gay"
if Billy was game enough to try kill her out of hatred, of course he'd cheat? he was a teenage boy who hated his girlfriend, a girlfriend who had a fear of sex due to trauma, of course he'd sleep around to fill needs. it didn't prove or unprove peoples theory that he loved stu, there's a chance stu knew and encouraged it, and there's a chance stu didn't since Billy hid the fact he was personal about wanting to kill
stu and Billy definitely have a closer yet toxic relationship compared to the others, and it's okay to think about situations that could of happened, but they are not gay, they don't have the label don't frame it as canon and use it as an actual reason to hate the recent movies; use the fact it has shitty writing to hate it
Billy would use control, made up scenarios, and emotion to manipulate stu
Stu would use emotion, trauma, and teasing to manipulate billy
different techniques, both still worked perfectly against each other
someone said aspd stu macher and now I'm in a rabbit hole,
I'm rewatching the movie and writing down his behavior and matching it with aspd symptoms and behaviors
as well as comparing him to actual confirmed aspd characters; it's better to have a visible reputation to learn from then words
more then half of Stu's scenes were just manipulative or had a off tone to them, he's always thinking about something bad and when he does he gets this dark look in his eyes, he studies peoples bodies when he's thinking about doing possible hurtful to them.
he makes jokes to tease Billy and remind him that Billy has to depend on him to keep their secret a secret; keeping Billy on edge constantly. he's not stupid, he's emotionally smart
stu macher never loved Tatum
"he said 'my tatum' tho" yeah to seem innocent, so sidney would let him in instead of Randy
if you believe stu loved tatum you're as delusional as the people who think even during the killings Billy still loved sidney
"he let Billy kill her instead because he couldn't do it" no, he's the party host. it'd be too suspicious if he just disappeared, before Billy announced his arrival no one would be suspicious about him not being there. that's why he did it instead; because stu was keeping everyone else busy
unlike Billy, stu has no regard for the people around him and will act on impulse. Randy states that Casey cheated on stu with Steve, then stu immediately got with tatum. if that happened that means the ONLY reason he got with tatum was to keep his appearance up and tell everyone he left Casey not the other way around so he wouldn't feel embarrassed
considering stu doesn't seem to actually care about anything but what happens to him, I fully doubt he actually loved anyone besides feeling sexually attracted to people,
(canon ↑)
(put together with research ↓)
for the people who say he loved Billy? they didn't have a healthy relationship or anything. they were toxic and if you compare them to how real killers act; alot of what they could've done together behind the scenes was more likely to be curiousity because of how close they became over their shared terrible mental state. if it happened once or multiple times, they never felt attached over that they were attached over the fact they thought they understood each other. they felt for each other in an unhealthy way. it was unhealthy growing obsession, not pure love. even if it felt that way
stu macher as a jester, billy loomis as the king
"the jester will always mock his king"
stu likes to mock, make people mad; including billy (the king)
he even tries to get a laugh out of billy, the jesters goal for the king
this is always on my mind
did maureen know hank was married or did she know and get into an affair with him anyways?
can only assume so, it's not directly stated I don't think.
however with the way it's framed it seems like she did know, it's implied other men had stories on sleeping with her in the first movie so I highly doubt she cared about relationship status
