Zoe was so fed up with the holy knights infiltrating the kingdom and all of Britannia. Unlike her sisters, she was willing to fight for her kingdom and the villagers. Meliodas was too preoccupied to ponder on the woman’s appearance but he did feel a familiarity with her, “Well we’re here to rescue Elizabeth, a mage came and took her from us and we’re sure that shes in trouble.” he said answering her question, “So in a way I guess we are here to stop them as well.” he added after a moment, seemed that their todo list now was growing in both length and difficulty. He didnt think that today would take the twists that they had but now they were here and they needed to deal with it.

“I know where exactly my sister is at. I can take you there. And I know that it’s going to be dangerous, but I don’t care. I would do anything for my kingdom and my family. I would sacrifice my life if I have to. And I will do it in a heartbeat.” Zoe said. Her determination was strong. She walked over to Meliodas and led him towards the underground dungeons.

Meliodas was in a panic when that mage grabbed Elizabeth and took her to Liones castle, it was happening, it was happening again! He needed to go save her, he needed to try, he remembered the curse and even though he knew it was futile he still had to try, for the one he loved. Himself, Ban, and Gowther were sent on their way to the castle to try and save the princess, Meliodas didnt care that he was going into the lion’s den he just wanted to save her. 

They were now advancing on the castle knowing that eventually King and Diane would make their way into the castle too, the whole place had become something of a warzone. They were advancing through the city when he ran into the other princess of the kingdom, “Hey are you Zoe?” he asked her curiously not sure what the princes was doing fighting through the mess of the kingdom at the moment.

Zoe heard a familiar voice and turned to see Meliodas standing right there. “Yes, I’m Zoe. Are you here to help us stop Hendrickson and Dreyfus?” She said. She wanted to make sure that he wasn’t on the side of the holy knights. Although, something about him seemed vaguely familiar. It’s like she’s known him before, but she doesn’t know how.
