The best chai - made by me. Intuition dictates the amount of each ingredient - Cardamom pods Fennel seeds Cinnamon sticks Cloves Nutmeg Whole black pepercorns Star anice and then you just add ginger when you boil it. Trying this out with almond milk at the moment - delicious!
