OUR FUTURE IS BRIGHT. I have a career that allows me to hang with young people and be my real self. Whenever I workshop I am nothing but my authentic self, kids can smell anything but the true you a mile away. Sharing stories with young people and helping them discover their own brilliance is my absolute passion in life and I can't really imagine doing anything else. After a poetry day in residence a year 10 student slipped me this note. It made my day As someone who talks to about a thousand kids a week, I assure you that our future is very bright. Today in between shows in the Snowy Mountains, I decided to pull over while it was raining to build my new snowman friend.
