travels

Wrote a massive post of the delight of my travels round Berlin but annoyingly it got deleted before I posted :(. To sum up the week we stayed at tippee land (big communal area for travellers, was fucking cool). Explored most days over the city while sleeping off previous morning partying. Hit up some heavy heavy techno raves, smoked many blunts. Enjoyed many donar kebabs (born in Berlin), African food and 50c beer and lager. Learnt about the street art culture, the squats and almost bought acid.

3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

2 over ripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs

1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter

dash of cinnamon (opt)

Whisk together all ingredients.

Cook on a greased griddle or pan on low-medium heat. For heart shaped pancakes, simply place cookie cutter directly on pan and fill with pancake batter. Leave cutter on until it is mostly cooked. Gently remove cookie cutter and flip pancake.

Serve with fresh banana slices, walnuts and warm honey syrup.
