He wonders if all along it was just a dream. She was too good to be true. She was smart, kind, loving, and beautiful. She knew all of the right things to say, even when he did not want to hear them, or he thought no one could lift his spirits. She was the woman of his dreams. He often wondered what he could have possibly done to earn her. He felt entirely undeseerving of her and her affection. He did not care why she was attracted to him, because her intentions were pure. She was so perfect and wonderful that to even have her attention made him the luckiest man alive.
