I knew i saw the painting behind Q before, yes, it's An Experiment on a Bird in the Air Pump (1768) by Joseph Wring  . The artist was "intimately involved in depicting the industrial revolution and the scientific advances of the Enlightenment”, which very much fitting for Q.

And on 007’s side ( with google’s help) is Thomas Gainsborough’s The Morning Walk (1785) In a sense, it’s, hmmm a fitting match for him, too..  I meant i saw article mentioning Daniel’s 007 as ‘ The assassin’. He’s deadly, sure, but, my impression is that he’s also a big hopeless romantic, because, most official 007 movies he was in, a large part of the time was him calling in to retire, ‘revenging’  and finally (seemingly) running off into the horizon in the name of love.
