people foolishly dismiss desserts and treats as having no nutritional value when they actually are necessary for refilling your sanity stat. to prove my point please observe the emotional stability of the next person you meet who doesnt let themselves ever eat any form of dessert

Tbh as much in trying to go vegan theres not much i can do in my current situation due 1. My mom not wrapping her head that i can get as much nutrients and even more without needing to eat meat even tho i try to send her articles explaining it and 2. Unfortunately mushrooms (a pretty good source of protein) and tofu are stupidly overpriced in my city, with tofu being overpriced in Brazil in general. So yeah i have to get my proteins from vegetables from now on

In general, industralized vegan products are overpriced in Brazil bc its a niche in the market. Fortunately, vegan milk and vegan beauty products are pretty accessible, especially the later! So its not a lost cause.

But really, my parents cant wrap their heads that i can get protein by eating beans and the right vegetables....that wouldnt be a problem if my mom wasnt trying to force meat into my throat at every opportunity even since i talked to her that i want to go vegan

#🪐.txt #the most noticeable improvement(?) is that im more clear headed abt my cat and not getting as much flashbacks/nightmares compared to before #but tbh idk how to feel abt it. in one hand i dont want to be obessed abt Sunny cuz i think that would ruin my love for him but on the other #hand i dont want to 'move on' and forget abt him yknow? he still is the most important and special existence in my life whatever he is alive #or dead. and nothing will change that

Anyways. Today was nice. I went to the supermarket and i found multiple vegan products there! That was a nice surprise! And also a kind old lady suggested that i should buy vegan milk in the neighboring market cuz it was wayy cheaper and she was right! I ended saving like. 11 reais lol

welp. it was a valiant effort, DR Congo did really well to hold the lead for that long and this game was not a foregone conclusion from the start by any means. now England's just gonna have to lose to Mexico instead 👍
