Visit to URA Gallery on 20 October 2011

I was really inspired by the exhibition at URA Gallery and learned a lot from it. The exhibition was mainly about Singapore itself; and information design was used to let us have an easier understanding about the components shared (e.g. population difference) in a more visual sense yet it is more preferable for me as i am not a fan of reading long texts.

i learned more about information design and about singapore at the same time and hope that there will be other similar exhibitions so that i could be exposed to more information design related works.

from all of these, it really made information easier to digest. at one glance you can understand a lot

really liked this mapping of singapore as it shows u instant info through visuals; e.g. changi airport is at the east etc.

when it finally worked, there wasnt much to see either... overall i think it would have been nicer if it was bigger as the touch panel itself was quite big
