Not to sound crazy or anything but something I just realized is how Miguel O'Hara somewhat reminds me of God because how despite being all knowing of all the bad things that are going to happen to the other Spider-men (aka the canon event), he proceeds to do nothing because he believes that it’s inevitable.

Some people don't join Christianity for this very reason (cough cough Miles refusing to allow his dad to die cough cough). They believe that if God truly loved us, he would not allow us or their loved ones to experience pain or suffering.
