Remember your cellulite, stretch marks and rolls. Remember your gross tits, protruding gut, dimpled ass, thunder thighs, cankles, chubby cheeks and arm flab.
Put down the Snickers bar... for the collar bones, small nipples, thigh gap, slim ankles, ribs, cheek bones and happiness.

ways to suppress your appetite
note: some of these might not work for u since everyone’s brain is different but that’s ok ✨
1. pinch your nose or your earlobes for 10 secs
2. look at something blue
3. wait 15 minutes and all of your cravings will probably go away
4. chew mint gum or brush your teeth(or if you don’t want to brush your teeth too frequently since that can hurt them just put toothpaste on your tongue)
5. drink water or coffee or tea
6. take a nap
7. eat some pineapple or kiwi or another food that makes your tongue feel weird. this way anything you taste after that is gonna taste bad and you won’t even want to eat
8. exercise(unless you’ve been fasting for a really long time. that can be dangerous for your heart. if you really want to exercise do some streches)
9. visualise yourself eating the foods you’re craving
10. just smell the food or even lick it(unless it’s something like ice cream)
11. draw the foods that you’re craving
12. really think about it. do you really want to eat it? tell yourself how you’re going to be so muh closer to your goal if you don’t eat it.
