I’m a trans man and I got to see the change in people being like ‘Oh you poor thing I hope you’re coping ok’ to ‘Just get over it, man up’ which has literally been said to me. Men, you’re allowed to suffer. You’re allowed to seek help to heal. Let yourself have these emotions you’re feeling, they’re as natural as anything else.
