learn a profession so you can make some money on your own or depend on your partners finances and be a stay at home wife?

In this economy, you can’t depend on no one 😭. Also in my personal opinion, I think in society (not targeting anyone online just speaking from irl experience) a lot of men want a traditional wife yet they often don’t have the traditional values ascribed to their own masculinity. So I don’t know if the second option is a realistic option for me.

Also, I have a good education and I enjoy mental stimulation. A career would be nice. Yet, I do want a family and I think currently you don’t really have to pick one or the other. My dream job could be done from home too.

What’s a dealbreaker for you in a relationship? Or a non-negotiable?

I’m not really a physical attraction based person. It’s more personality and your treatment of me that simulates me, then leading to physical attraction.

However, one big deal breaker within a relationship for me is anger. I grew up in a very dysfunctional household, I don’t have a great relationship with my father, who was very much like a ticking time bomb and often was hot and cold with me unprovoked. In a relationship, taking anger and frustration out on me in an overly brash , aggressive or threatening way, is something I won’t stand for. I had to live in it previously, so I’m not going to choose it. Anger and nastiness is not something I stand for. I’d be more than happy to talk about someone’s frustrations, dissect conflict, yet bad treatment of me is something that would end the relationship fast.
