Becoming Her (My Last Chance To Keep Him)

This is my last chance to keep him. The man of my dreams. This is the last chance for me to prove that I am not a typical girl. My last chance to show that I can change.  He is not the type of guy you would meet at a party, or some sort of huge social gathering. He's the kind of person you will meet on one of your worst days and he may not stand out much from a group of people, but if you're special enough, you will stand out to him. He will find you even when he doesn't know you well, he wont tell you his name at first, he will tell you his name is Clark Kent. He will send you little texts. You still don't know who he is. You don't remember meeting him because he never really stood out. He's the type a guy that will call you even when you're not ready to hear him. You don't know his name, still! After months, you decide to meet him... I've been with him 3 1/2 years, and he's the person I want to be with forever. His name is Daniel. Not Clark. He is my hero nonetheless. I have never known myself more than I do now. He is everything I want to be, Everything I admire. I do not know how I came to be so lucky, but I believe he crossed my path for a reason.. He's not the type to give me anything I want whenever I want it. He tells me what he likes and what he dislikes. He's the kind of man that loves himself more than anyone else. The type of man that respects himself. He holds nothing against me. He is a man. He's more man than all men I have ever known put together. I never knew what a real man was until he loved me. This is my last chance to become the best woman I can be. To not get jealous, to let little things go, to smile more, to be happier, to love unconditionally. This is my journey on becoming her. This is my last chance to keep him, this is my last chance. I cannot be without him, he is my true love.
