hello! for those who are not already aware: earlier today, smtownandstore posted a survey for fans in relation to albums that they would like to be restocked by their artists. though they state within the “event” page that the survey itself is not confirmation that all of the albums requested will get reprinted (and sm is known to be very flaky in this aspect to begin with), they will be gathering responses for the survey through july 20th kst. an english version of the event page and the survey can be found by clicking here. … but the kicker about this survey is: sm does not include any shinee albums on the survey that were released before 2018 and do not include any of jonghyun’s album. taking this fact into account, there are two things that shawols need to do: take the survey and select all shinee releases on it to show the interest in restock and reply under the tweet made by @smtownandstore about the reissuing to showcase the demand for shinee’s older albums and jonghyun’s albums. this tweet can be found by clicking here. as a note: yes, sm can restock jonghyun’s album. they restock them in smaller batches on a regular basis every year. they’re just ignoring the demand for his albums (and older shinee albums) for some reason and, thus, enabling a culture that has risen for people to resell his albums for $500+. so … we need to do what we can do to change that!

through his instagram post and live from earlier today (july 10th), kibum shared that he commissioned sambypen (or @sambypen) to do an art piece based on shinee for him. the photo that he gave to him for reference is the group photo for the cover of everybody (which can be viewed below). in the subbed clip (by @iheartshinee) above, kibum spoke of the commission further, also confirming that the sun is jonghyun. a more high quality look at the painting can also be seen below.
