Dindar, one of my closest Peshmerga friends who fights now in Shingal against ISIS, wrote me few minutes ago:

"My Friend, we will start a operation tonight or tomorrow…don’t know exactly when, If you hear in the next 2 days nothing from me, then I’m probably dead. Please don’t forget me. Either dead or victory. I don’t know what will happen. My cousin was martyred also…I will fight for our Yezidi Kurds, I will take revenge for you, I would die for you. PKK and Peshmerga are the same, I visited in 2001 the PKK when I was a child. There is no difference between us, we all are Kurds and there is nothing I want more than to see our Unity & Independence I would die Unhesitatingly if my death would bring us our Independence. I have no fear of death, I feels great to know that I would die for my Homeland. Please pray for us, pray for me..
