20 October 2013;
Was at China Ink w/ Yvette and Charmaine. It was pretty cool and i heard that they are pretty famous (comparable to Miami/LA Ink); People would come all the way to this place from all over the world to get their Tattoos done; I'm glad i made a visit there. *P.S: I did not get any Tattoos done though /:
19 October 2013;
Finally found "Dao Xiao Mian" In China; I still prefer Singapore's but this will do for the moment. Hah! :D
12 October 2013;
At Suzhou Park; We saw people fishing and even went on the Pirate Ship thingy; I swear I screamed my lungs out. #terriblyafraidoftheheights
A few weeks ago; we went to the wet market.
It was shocking.
A few weeks ago —— at 相门城门;
A Short Break;
Dear Readers,
I will be taking a short break because projects are coming up; so far i have 3 known projects all due AT THE SAME TIME. So time is really precious to me right now, i'll blog if i have the time and energy to do so.
I hope i survive this; i have to. xoxo.
Close up of the Chio Biscuits; it got me through marketing class. Teehee;
100% Chio Quality.
*Note: I've no idea why there's this green shadow thingy in every picture i take, probably because of the phone cover that i'm using?; bleah.
(8 October 2013)
7 October 2013;
Shamie's visit on 4 October 2013; xoxo.

A Cinderella Story
Singaporean Cafe;
It's time i blog about this Singaporean Cafe that i found in Suzhou using Google (ahh, Google; what would i do without you?); Anyways, to cut the long story short, I was actually home sick and since Yvette, Charmaine and Hayley are not in town; i was even more home-sick.
Googled about this place during a KTV session with the guys and they all agreed to go try this out with me. Yay! (I think we all miss Singaporean food; sigh-pie)
Firstly, this place is considered pricey compared to Chinese food. Price ranges from ¥30 onwards; we ordered: Hainanese Chicken (Half), Claypot Tofu, Sambal Kangkong & Fried Carrot Cake. *yums*
The Kangkong was my favourite; hmm.. everything else has a tinge of Chinese taste in it; man, blogging about this at such an unearthly hour does make me want to eat.
We spent around ¥157 in total i think? I forgot, it was weeks ago.
Anyways, we went back again with the entire bunch; but the food was meh, even though we ordered alot more compared to the first. I think the first time was more fulfilling; man, the chef must be having pms. Bwahahahahaha.
Got to go, till next time. *waves*
Bringing you back to 30 September 2013:
Went to Chang Shu with the entire bunch, i was really excited because our teacher told us it was a wholesale site, which means clothes would be really cheap and all. "When u can't afford diamonds yet, clothes seems to be your next best friend."
Anyways, we took a 2 hour van ride to that place; i couldn't sleep when going there because i can't contain my excitement. Hah! But when we reach there, disappointment sets in.
The clothes that we sold there are indeed cheap, it took me 5 hours to find my style because everything else was just too chinese. Sigh-pie, i don't know where all my excitement ran to. Despite the lack of my style, they do have really nice jackets and so the guys got one each. So, I placed all my energy on looking for a Totoro Plushie; sadly, none of them has it. Sigh.
Well, to add on to how disappointing this place was. I brought 800 but only spent 80. Bravo! *claps*
I don't think we would ever come back to this place. But i was still happy because we went on a road trip together; as long as it's a group outing, i'm happy. Teehee, i'm so group-oriented.
On a side note, we bought Mahjong Tiles; time for endless Mahjong. Hooray! & hello to panda eyes.
Till next time.
11 October 2013
It's been a while, dear readers.
China's National Day Holiday is over & lessons have since resumed. Not really looking forward to it since we received our first project assignment; it was to write a thesis (in Chinese) with a min. of 8000 words. Did i mention that it has to be in Chinese?
A lot has happened during the one week; people came and left, things happened and died down. One more memorable event was that I found a Singapore Cafe here in Suzhou; it is good to get a taste of home after leaving her for so long. Sigh-pie, I need authentic Singaporean Cuisine!
Charmaine was complaining about me being a lazy blogger; well, yeah. I think I am pretty lazy because i've been going on movie marathons lately. I love movies, maybe next time i'll make one.. (*starts dreaming*)
I have been eating alot recently, the amount and frequency i eat is atrocious; maybe its the time of the month again; as long as it is not reflected on the weighing scale, all is well. Hah!
Just finished watching World War Z; not a very good experience for me, it was screams and more screams and more screams. KK was having a good time laughing at my reactions to shocking portions of the movie. I have gigantic reactions.
Going to catch The Vampire Diaries now; Season 5 have started and i'm only at Season 3. Man, gotta be more hardworking in catching up! I'll come up with a schedule for blogging; meanwhile, toodles!
29 Sept 2013
Make up lesson today; about the evolution of Chinese words. It was really tiring and boring because the pre-historic words were really weird and hard to read, a little like hieroglyphics from Egypt. Sigh, i've no idea why we are taking this; but things got interesting when she showed us pictures. I love pictures. Teeheee :)
After lesson, we went for Coco Bubble Tea; but... I stopped for this new shop called 黑泷 instead. I ordered the dessert cup thingy; maccha ice-blend with azuki and vanilla ice-cream. Awesome! I love it. But i was freezing after having it. Hahahaha
Funniest thing is that we walked all the way to 十全街 just to have a cup of bubble tea. What determination? Haha. After that, headed for pool! & i swear i improved like crazy! Thanks to my Shi-fu; Weijie. I won a few rounds against the boys; i think i got lucky though. :)
Had dinner at the usual canteen 2, i had wonton. I can't explain how much i love dumplings really; i want to eat it everyday in China. Yahoo!
Got to turn in early tonight as we're going on a road trip tomorrow! Yoohoo! To Chang Shu 招商城; it's like a wholesale market. Road trip, Road trip; I love road trips. :D
Adios, Amigos.
